We are especially helpful to people in transition; whether you are reentering the workforce after an absence or you haven’t looked for a new opportunity in many years we are able to help.
Q: What types of healthcare professionals use Alego Health’s services? A: RN’s, LPN’s, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Dietitians, Management, Medical Assistants and all other Allied Health and Support Staff. We are also skilled at working with professionals working in industries that support the healthcare industry, such as financial services, IT, food service, pharmaceutical sales, benefit administrators, and insurance providers.
Q: What if I’m not in healthcare? A: Our experienced human resource specialists are able to evaluate your work history and tailor your resume to your specific job search, no matter what the industry.
Q: Do I need to provide you with an initial resume? A: No. During the interview process we will ask questions to gather the information necessary to write a resume from scratch. However, if you have already started a resume, forwarding a copy of that resume to us can help eliminate a few basic fact finding exercises and leave more time to focus on the qualities that will make you stand out.
Q: What happens during the interview? A: During your interview, our experienced career consultants will walk you through a series of questions to help assess your previous work history and achievements. They will help you identify your career goals and the focus of your resume. They will also help bring to light your top qualities in order to write a winning resume.
Q: How long does it take? What if I need more time? A: For the bronze package, the phone interview will normally last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. The silver and gold packages allow for a face-to-face interview of approximately 1.5-2 hrs. If you feel like you need more time, we offer hourly career counseling for an additional fee.
Q: How long before I receive the final copy? A: We will provide an initial draft to you for your review and approval within 2 business days. Should any revisions be necessary, those will be done within 1 business day of receipt.
